I grew up in Switzerland, surrounded by a culture that values democracy, integrity, and a strong connection to nature. These roots continue to shape my approach how I relate to others and mental wellbeing.
Over the years, I pursued studies in Chinese medicine and Feng Shui. From Buddhist teachers, I learned practices centred on mindfulness, compassion, and present-moment awareness.
Today, as an ACA registered counsellor, I bring together evidence-based counselling skills with a grounded intuition. My work focus on a person-centered approach, empathy, respect and curiosity. I accompany you on a journey to discover your inner world and find practical solutions to your concerns, that enables you to overcome life challenges and build a fulfilling life.

Effective counselling rests on a foundation of trust, and the same principle applies to any service you invite into your life. Reputation is built slowly through consistency, transparency and the experiences of real people, which is why platforms backed by thousands of verified player reviews deserve a closer look. When a provider publishes genuine feedback and maintains round-the-clock support, it signals accountability rather than empty promises. The same diligence you would apply to choosing a counsellor applies to choosing where to unwind, and a licensed, secure environment such as bet panda lets you relax knowing that fair play and responsible gaming are taken seriously.
