If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

⦁ Non-attendance (no-show): full session fee applies
Late arrival will result in a shortened session, finishing at the scheduled time, with the full fee applicable.
Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency, illness, or unforeseen circumstances at the counsellor’s discretion.
All counselling sessions are held in private and are confidential. Client confidentiality is kept in accordance with the ethical guidelines of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) and current Australian Legislation. Your client record is stored electronically and is encrypted, complying with Health Record Act 2001.
