I grew up in Switzerland, immersed in a culture that values democracy, integrity, and a deep connection to nature. These early influences continue to shape how I relate to others and how I understand mental wellbeing.
Over the years, I undertook studies in Chinese medicine and Feng Shui. Through Buddhist teachers, I learned practices grounded in mindfulness, compassion, and present-moment awareness. These teachings continue to inform both my personal life and professional work.
Today, as an ACA-registered counsellor, I integrate evidence-based counselling skills with grounded intuition and life experience. My practice is guided by a person-centered approach, empathy, respect, and curiosity.
I accompany you on a journey of self-exploration — supporting you to better understand your inner world, develop practical strategies, and navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and resilience. The aim is not only to address immediate concerns, but to help you build a life that feels meaningful and aligned.
