Our sessions together are guided by your needs, your pace, and what feels most important to you. I accompany you on your journey to discover hidden or unconscious aspects of yourself, addressing your immediate concerns and simultaneously working on the root cause of your concerns.
I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches and tailor them thoughtfully to your personal situation. I integrate principles from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Strategic Psychotherapy, mindfulness and meditation practices, allowing you to experience present-moment awareness that creates space between you and overwhelming thoughts or feelings. These practices are always adapted to your comfort level and personal beliefs.

With my background as a Chinese Medicine practitioner, I bring an understanding for the interconnectedness of body, mind and spirit. This perspective supports a broader path toward overcoming life challenges and personal growth.
