I offer counselling in a safe and welcoming environment, tailored to your individual needs. With a Diploma of Counselling and a background in person-centered and holistic therapy, my work focuses on truly understanding your concerns and supporting you in creating meaningful change.
My approach draws on a range of therapeutic influences, including Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), meditation practices, as well as insights from my experience as a Chinese medicine practitioner. These perspectives allow me to work holistically, supporting emotional wellbeing and the connection between body, mind and spirit. I can assist with a variety of concerns, including stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship difficulties, emotional challenges, and personal growth.

What to Expect in a Counselling Session
A counselling session is a confidential and supportive space where you can talk openly about what is important to you. Sessions are guided by your needs and move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
In our first session, we will take time to explore what has brought you to counselling and what you would like to gain from our work together. This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and to get a sense of whether this approach feels right for you.
Each session offers a space to reflect, develop insight, and explore practical ways of responding to life’s challenges. We may focus on understanding patterns, working with thoughts and emotions, or strengthening your inner resources. The approach is collaborative — we work together rather than following a fixed agenda.
Counselling is not about being judged or told what to do. It is a space for curiosity, compassion, and growth, where you are supported to find clarity and direction in your own way.
